• Prohibited vehicles include those with major structural damage (flood, fire, chassis issues), right-hand-drive, assembled from parts, over 10 years old, or without km/h speedometers.
• The GSA expects the PVoC programme to improve road safety, consumer protection, formalize the used-vehicle market, improve vehicle financing access, and boost investor confidence.
